Privacy policy

How we handle your information when you visit our website or get in touch.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Who is responsible?

LovelyOS is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our business is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 71931066. Our address is Groningensingel 51, Arnhem, Netherlands.

For questions or privacy requests, email djoere@lovelyos.com.

This policy covers our public website, inquiries and account sign-in. Data that a customer asks us to process within their workspace is governed by the arrangements with that customer.

When you contact us

We receive the name, work email, company and any message you provide. We use these details to answer your question, discuss a project and manage the resulting correspondence. The form marks required fields; without them we cannot process the form. You can also email us directly.

Where you ask us to prepare an agreement with you, we process your information to take those steps at your request. For other business inquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people and managing business relationships. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Website operation and statistics

Our hosting services process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information to deliver the website, investigate faults and prevent abuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregated traffic and performance measurements. These tools measure information such as pages visited, referral sources, browser and device type, approximate location and loading performance. Where enabled, Plausible provides additional aggregate website statistics. These analytics tools do not use tracking cookies.

Read more in the Vercel Web Analytics, Speed Insights and Plausible privacy documentation.

When you sign in

WorkOS handles authentication. Sign-in can involve your email address, name, identity-provider identifier, session information and security logs. If you choose Google or Microsoft, that provider also processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy. We use this information to provide account access and protect accounts, based on performance of our agreement and our legitimate interest in security.

Essential cookies support authentication and session security. You can remove cookies in your browser, but doing so may sign you out or prevent account features from working.

Who receives your information?

Information is accessible to the people handling your request and service providers supporting the website: Vercel for hosting and measurements, Resend for delivery of contact-form emails, our business email service for correspondence, WorkOS for authentication, and Plausible where analytics is enabled. We may also disclose information where a legal obligation requires it.

Some providers process information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable transfer safeguards can include an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data or a copy of the relevant provisions.

How long we keep information

We retain inquiries and correspondence for the time needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship. The period depends on whether discussions are ongoing, the information is needed to establish or defend a claim, or a legal record-keeping duty applies. Technical and authentication records are retained according to their operational and security purpose and the relevant service configuration.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy where that right applies. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send your request to djoere@lovelyos.com. We may need to verify your identity and normally respond within one month. If an extension is permitted and necessary, we will explain why within that period.

You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority. We do not use website inquiries to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our website or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
